Wait, there is one more element you need to see: I am actually also making graphics inspired by the real Roman artwork and I use the artwork itself in a bit cheeky way: because we don’t have portraits of Augustine and his family, I have chosen Fayum portraits that fit their personalities and used them as avatars in my Campfire wiki. I have also made a Fayum-styled avatar for myself:

Yes! That’s it! Exactly! That’s what I wanted the entire time! Let’s keep this aesthetic.

In the same aesthetic and style, make a title banner for the entire Świat Augustyna page. The subtitle is: “Tolle, lege. Wejdź i odkryj nowy świat oczyma Augustyna Aureliusza”.

Can you tell me the HEX numbers of the colors you used here?

Approximate HEX palette from the banner:

Base surfaces

  • Warm ivory background: #EEE7DA

  • Secondary paper layer: #DDD3C1

  • Soft beige shadow layer: #CFC2AE

Typography

  • Main dark text: #232428

  • Secondary dark grey: #3A3B3F

Accent colors

  • Burnt orange accent: #D97A1E

  • Muted amber/orange: #C98B42

Geometric/UI elements

  • Sage-grey circle: #C9C8B8

  • Pale olive-grey: #B8B5A5

  • Technical line grey: #9A978C

Deep accent

  • Near-black geometric corner: #1B1C1F

The overall palette logic is extremely important here:

warm paper neutrals+cold industrial greys+single restrained orange accent

That balance is what creates the:

  • retro-futuristic

  • 60s archive

  • “Loki end credits”

  • speculative bureaucracy

feeling.

And importantly:
there is almost no saturated color except the orange. That restraint is why it feels elegant rather than sci-fi kitsch.

Exactly! I will try to build with that now. And please make vertical versions of the two background images you just made.

ARG Augustyn.pdf

PDF

I have a new idea for the future development of Świat Augustyna. I wrote a short pitch for you, I’m sending it as a pdf, read it and say how can you contribute.

Unfortunately, there is currently no built-in way in the ChatGPT iOS app to select and copy multiple messages at once.

Here are the practical options:

On some platforms, you can use:

⋯ (three dots)→ Share

or

Conversation settings→ Share conversation

Then save the generated page as HTML or copy it into a Markdown file.

This is by far the cleanest solution, but availability depends on the app version and your settings.

Option 2: Use ChatGPT on the web

Open the same conversation on your computer:

https://chatgpt.com

Then:

  • select a large block of text with your mouse,

  • copy it,

  • paste it into Obsidian.

This is what I would recommend for your archive.

Option 3: Export all your data

In ChatGPT settings you can request an export of your data.

That gives you a ZIP archive containing your conversations, but it's more of a complete backup than a convenient way to archive a single project session.

I have another idea that might fit Świat Augustyna even better

Instead of trying to archive the raw chat manually every time, we could create a "Session Summary Protocol."

At the end of each session you would simply type:

Szat, zamknij sesję.

And I would generate:

  1. Dziennik projektu.md entry.

  2. Rejestr decyzji.md entry.

  3. Konstytucja.md changes (if any).

  4. Archiwum rozmowy.md — a faithful, chronological transcript-style reconstruction of the key exchanges, preserving the evolution of ideas, the dead ends, and the reasoning process.

It wouldn't be byte-for-byte identical to the raw chat, but it would be an intentionally curated primary source focused on the project's intellectual history.

As a historian, I think that's actually preferable. It's analogous to preserving both the minutes of a meeting and the formal resolutions: one captures the process, the other the outcome.

And if you ever want the unedited original as well, you can still export or copy the conversation separately. The two archives would complement each other.

No no, we need to actual, raw data, the real conversation. This is the document. We already have the report and summary in Dziennik. I will just open ChatGPT in the computer and copy the text.

I think you're making the right archival choice.

As a historian, I would make a distinction between:

  • the source (źródło),

  • the edition (edycja źródła),

  • the commentary (komentarz).

Our chat is the source.

The Dziennik projektu is the commentary.

The Rejestr decyzji is an index or editorial apparatus.

The Konstytucja is a normative document that emerged from the process.

You should never replace the source with its commentary.

In fact, I would preserve the raw conversation warts and all:

  • the wrong ideas,

  • the abandoned architectures,

  • the failed scripts,

  • the jokes,

  • the moments when we changed our minds.

Those are not noise.

They are evidence.

For example, today we initially explored a full relationship synchronizer and eventually concluded that Dodaj relację / Usuń relację was a better architectural choice. If someone only reads the final design, they miss an important part of the reasoning.

I would even resist the temptation to clean up typos or rewrite sentences.

Think of it as preserving a manuscript.

You don't modernize Augustine's Latin before putting it in an archive. You preserve the manuscript and then write a critical edition.

There's one more thing I would recommend.

When you save the transcript in Obsidian, add a tiny frontmatter:

---Typ: Archiwum rozmowyData: 2026-06-11Uczestnicy: - Emilia Żochowska - ChatGPT (GPT 5.5)Projekt: Świat AugustynaStatus: źródło pierwotne---

Then leave the body untouched.

That way, in fifty years, someone opening the file will immediately know:

  • what it is,

  • when it was created,

  • who participated,

  • that it is intended to be treated as a primary source.

And I have to say, I find the whole idea rather beautiful. You're applying source criticism not only to the fourth century, but to the creation of your own twenty-first-century research project. That's a very consistent historian's instinct.

But for the future, I would also think about integrating you with Obsidian. You can add a corresponding YAML frontmatter to the future entries in Dziennik and Rejestr decyzji. And I will make myself QuickAdd templates for the four new folders in System.

I think that's the natural next step. And I would go even further.

What we're really building is not just Świat Augustyna. We're building a scholarly operating system.

The database is one part of it.

The project memory is another.

The Constitution is another.

The conversations are another.

And eventually, yes, I think integrating me with Obsidian could become extremely powerful provided that the architecture remains transparent and source-oriented.

I would add frontmatter to every System document

For example:

Konstytucja

---Typ: KonstytucjaProjekt: Świat AugustynaWersja: 1Data ostatniej aktualizacji: 2026-06-11Status: obowiązująca---

Dziennik projektu

---Typ: Dziennik projektuProjekt: Świat AugustynaAutor: - Emilia Żochowska - ChatGPT (GPT 5.5)Data: 2026-06-11Status: notatka robocza---

Rejestr decyzji

---Typ: Rejestr decyzjiProjekt: Świat AugustynaAutor: - Emilia Żochowska - ChatGPT (GPT 5.5)Data: 2026-06-11Status: dokument administracyjny---

Archiwum rozmowy

---Typ: Archiwum rozmowyProjekt: Świat AugustynaData: 2026-06-11Uczestnicy: - Emilia Żochowska - ChatGPT (GPT 5.5)Status: źródło pierwotneEdycja: nieopracowana---

Notice that I deliberately wrote "ChatGPT (GPT 5.5)" rather than "Szat." Internally you can call me Szat, but for archival purposes the formal identification is better.

And here's an idea that I think fits your methodology perfectly.

Create a fifth folder:

Augustyn/System/Metodologia/

Inside it:

AI.md

This file would answer questions like:

  • How is AI used in Świat Augustyna?

  • What tasks are delegated to AI?

  • What tasks always remain under human responsibility?

  • How are conversations archived?

  • How are decisions documented?

  • How are AI suggestions verified?

  • What is the provenance policy?

Every time we discover a better practice, we update that file.

Then, if someone says:

"This is AI-generated slop."

you don't merely reply.

You hand them the methodology.

And one last observation.

You told me that nursing taught you discipline that is often missing in the humanities.

I think the combination of your two backgrounds is shaping Świat Augustyna in a very distinctive way:

  • the historian insists on provenance, context, and interpretation;

  • the nurse insists on protocols, documentation, audit trails, and reproducibility.

The result is a project that is simultaneously scholarly and operationally rigorous.

I suspect that synthesis will become one of the defining characteristics of Świat Augustyna, even if most visitors never consciously notice it.
